How many guests can I invite?

You may invite any number of guests. Final guest count MUST be called in to us at least 24 hours before your party. For parties of 50 or more guests, we offer private party times.

What if I have more than our confirmed number of guests?

Additional guests are welcome for parties. There is an additional charge per guest over the final number confirmed, at the same rate of your other party guests.

Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers?

There is no additional charge for parents, grandparents, caregivers, etc. that choose not to skate. If they would like to participate, they must also pay full admission charge and skate rental (if applicable), or be added to your guest total. All attending children under the age of 18 will need to pay the full admission and skate rental (if applicable) charge.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

You may arrive 10 minutes early with your party supplies. Any gifts, left over cake or food should be packed up and ready to go at the scheduled end time of your party.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun, or they can leave their emergency contact info with the party host/hostess and come back at the end of the party. It's the party host's responsibility to supervise their guests.

Are socks required?

For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required for all skaters. Socks can be purchased at the concession stand should you forget them.

Will Bella’s Bouncies provide supervision in the skate area (s)?

Parents are required to supervise their own children. During many times, there will be a skate guard on duty. The skate guard is not fully responsible for your children’s behavior. The skate guard also has full ability to restrict your child from skating if they continue to disregard the safety of others.

Can a guest skate while wearing a cast?

In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate in skating. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from skating.

Can I spend more than the designated party time skating?

Yes you may. The party area is reserved for 2 hours, 3 for an Ultimate party, but you can come in to skate before your party, or stay after, provided we have open skate during those times. You may not bring in cake, gifts or decorations prior to your scheduled party start time though. At the end of your party, all remaining items (food, dessert, balloons and gifts) must be removed and placed in your car, should you choose to stay and skate. Personal items must be put in the lockers. Additional time in the party area can be added for an additional fee.

Do we have to move from one room to another during the two hour party?

No. We give you two full hours in both the skating area and the party table area. You can go back and forth as often as you'd like within that time.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party area?

You’re welcome to bring your own tablecloths, centerpieces and balloons that are properly weighted down. You may also bring your own paper products into the party area. To preserve the integrity of our party area, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, glitter or piñatas.

Are gratuities (tips) included?

No, but these guys and gals work hard to make sure your party is a success. So show them you appreciate their help if you are happy with their service.

When should I order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, & other options?

Because we make our pizzas in house, you can let your party host/hostess know what type of pizza you would like when you arrive for your party. Also, because adults love pizza too, we have pizzas available for purchase just for them. All other items can also be ordered when you arrive for your party.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, cake, etc. to my party?

You may bring cake or cupcakes, a fruit tray or a veggie tray to serve your guests, but no other food or drinks are allowed inside the facility. You must supply your own plates, napkins, forks, etc for any food you supply.

Can I bring my own goodie bags?

You are welcome to bring your own or you can purchase items from our concession area. Don't forget, we also give you a free skate pass, for each paid party guest, you can include in your goodie bags.

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

If you will be bringing a cake/cupcakes, please bring a serving knife, plates, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles and socks available for purchase.

May I bring in outside glow or other toy items?

Yes. We also sell many glow items on site and offer glow face painting for a small fee.

Is there a designated area for party guests to put their belongings?

For the safety of everyone, all guests are asked to put all shoes, coats, and loose articles into the lockers. Nothing may be left on the chairs or tables in the sitting area. Lockers are only $0.25.

Can I bring my own skates?

Skaters are allowed to bring their own skates or roller blades, but they must be clean and in good working order.  The skates must not have any protruding nuts, bolts, or sharp objects for everyone's safety.  Personal skates and roller blades will be inspected by Bella's Bouncies staff and are subject to their approval.
